From 3.00 pm, settle into the comfort of your 4-star room at Quartier Latin. At 6.30 pm, head to the restaurant for a delicious 3-course seasonal menu, accompanied by drinks. After the meal, our shuttle will take you to the CRIE du Fourneau Saint Michel nature centre for a fascinating explanation of the life of stags, followed by an opportunity to hear the stags bellowing in the open air. Back at the hotel, round off the evening with a delicious dessert before retiring to your room for a peaceful night’s sleep.
