From 3.00 pm, settle into the comfort of your 4-star room at Quartier Latin. At 6.30 pm, head to the restaurant for a delicious 3-course seasonal menu, accompanied by drinks. After the meal, our shuttle will take you to the CRIE du Fourneau Saint Michel nature centre for a fascinating explanation of the life of stags, followed by an opportunity to hear the stags bellowing in the open air. Back at the hotel, round off the evening with a delicious dessert before retiring to your room for a peaceful night’s sleep.

The next morning, join us in the dining room for a hearty breakfast accompanied by the enchanting aromas of coffee and toast. Your room remains available until 12.00 noon, allowing you to make this unique experience in the Ardennes forest last even longer.
